The goal of the Shikhar Program is to empower students by giving them a platform to showcase their innovative ideas and problem-solving skills, focusing on developing practical, technical, and creative solutions to everyday challenges faced by the masses.

The program is open to students from both schools and colleges:
- School students from *8th to 12th grades.
- Students in UG and PG programs.

The application deadline is *30th November*. Ensure you submit your entry before this date to be considered.

Selected participants will receive an email notification by *6th December*.

You can submit projects that provide practical and innovative solutions to real-world challenges. These could be technological prototypes, social initiatives, or any creative ideas addressing everyday problems.

Yes, you can participate either individually or in teams of up to *3 members*. Collaboration is encouraged, but individual participation is also allowed.

Instructions for project submission will be provided, with options for both online and physical submissions depending on the event structure.

Projects will be judged based on creativity, practicality, scalability, impact, technical feasibility, and the effectiveness of the problem-solving approach.

Yes, selected teams will have access to mentors who will guide them through the ideation and development process, providing feedback and insights.

Not necessarily. You can showcase a prototype or a proof-of-concept. The Expo is an opportunity to present your idea, gather feedback, and refine your project for the final showcase in July.

The Shikhar Program has a *prize pool of 5 lakhs*. Top-performing teams will receive recognition, awards, and may also have opportunities to further develop their projects with support for implementation on a larger scale.

Yes, participants can use any tools, technology, or materials suitable for their project, provided they adhere to safety and ethical guidelines.

If you face any challenges, you can reach out to your assigned mentor or the program organizers. They are there to help you overcome obstacles and improve your project.

Your project will be showcased at the Expo on *21st December*, where you’ll present it to judges, fellow participants, and external stakeholders. Further showcases will happen during the final event in July.

If your project addresses a real-world problem with a practical, creative, and innovative solution, it has a good chance of being selected. Focus on the impact and scalability of your idea.
